Welcome to Purr & Relax (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Purr & Relax provides relaxation features, including generated audio content and visual experiences. Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription Access
Certain features of the App are available through an auto-renewing subscription (“Premium Subscription”). Subscription benefits are available only while your subscription is active.
Subscription Types
The App may offer multiple subscription plans (for example, weekly or yearly). The exact options and prices are shown at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
Any billing disputes or refund requests must be handled through Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.
4. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription using the “Restore Purchases” option, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
5. No Medical or Professional Advice
Purr & Relax is intended for general relaxation and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.
6. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or subscription offerings at any time, including features, pricing, or availability, as permitted by law.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purr & Relax and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or inability to access subscription features.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any active subscriptions will continue to be governed by Apple’s App Store terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
